Duration: 10 hours.
Over four sessions, participants will be introduced to the historical origins of wine, viticulture, the main types of wine, and designations of origin, with special attention to the Spanish and Valencian context. The activity will combine theoretical content with practical experiences in tasting, sensory analysis, and pairing, allowing students to understand wine as a cultural, gastronomic, and tourist product.
The course aims to offer an accessible introduction to the world of wine, fostering knowledge of wine-growing regions, the traditions associated with its consumption, and its role in gastronomy and tourism.
