ACTIVITY IN NET-FOOT UNIVERSITY

ETSIAMN participates in the NET-FOOT project "Network for transdisciplinary and transregional approaches on food technologies"(2021-1-FR01-KA220-HED-30011). This project also involves three other European universities: Universite de Caen Normandie (France), Universita Degli Studi di Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy) and Ceská zemedelská univerzita v Praze (Czech Republic). As part of the project activities, a summer school will be organized simultaneously in each of the participating universities, possibly in June. In addition, ETSIAMN students participating in the summer school can collaborate for short periods of time in activities that are developed in the participating entities. This activity is divided into two phases: phase 1 (participation in summer school, recognition of 4.5 credits) and phase 2 (collaboration in activities, recognition 1.5 credits).

SUMMER SCHOOL

The task is to complete and achieve the course in one of the participating universities. In addition, the teacher responsible for this activity will follow each participant individually to ensure the achievement of it. The duration of this task is estimated at 135 hours (4.5 ECTs)

Objetivos:

Los objetivos de la escuela de verano están alineados con los objetivos del proyecto NET-FOOT. A través de ella se pretende que estudiantes del área de tecnología de alimentos, que en un futuro cercano serán los profesionales del sector, sean capaces de:
- Plantear innovaciones hacia una alimentación más segura, saludable y sostenible.
- Promover el uso de los conocimientos tradicionales sobre la producción de los alimentos y bebidas y adaptarlos a las nuevas necesidades de la sociedad.

NETFOOT COLLABORATION

The task consists on the collaboration on activities related to the applicant¿s degree at one of the universities participating in the NET-FOOT project. The teacher responsible for this activity will follow each participant individually to ensure the achievement of it. The duration of this task is estimated at 45 hours (1.5 ECTs).
