Collaboration in the design and implementation of electronic systems and 3D design

The Communications and Networks research group, belonging to the Research Institute for the Integrated Management of Coastal Zones (IGIC), based on the Gandia campus, is a multidisciplinary group made up of experts in telecommunications, computing, electronics, environmental sciences and biology. This research group's main objective is to analyze, design and develop any type of complex communication system for monitoring and sensing different environments in coastal and underwater areas.
Some of the activities carried out within the group and in which students can join, are the development and deployment of heterogeneous networks, wired and wireless, for remote sensing through the use of sensors of a different nature, sensor networks or techniques image processing or remote sensing applied to the terrestrial and marine environment, as well as developing low-cost sensors to monitor both the aquatic and terrestrial environments, especially in precision agriculture
