As a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant you will become part of our Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team, which offers our customers a whole range of IT services across many industries. The associated global Microsoft Business Unit deals, among other things, with Microsoft Dynamics 365, one of the most innovative CRM / ERP platforms in the digital age. You will work together with experienced Cognizant employees on a project and gain practical experience. Among other things, you will learn how to analyze business processes, define requirements, create functional designs and configure and implement the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations system. Your tasks Advising companies on the analysis and optimization of their customer relationship management or enterprise resource management Support of the digital transformation of the business processes in the areas of marketing, sales, service or areas of finance, supply chain management, retail, operations Development of innovative and tailor-made CRM or ERP solutions Adaptation / customizing of CRM / xRM or ERP solutions Training in technical CRM or ERP solutions: in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or F&O |
