Assist in the troubleshooting and development of playbooks for automating provisioning, instrumentation, and maintenance of services, including assisting in creating and maintaining detailed technical and graphical documentation as needed. Additional tasks include: - Writing and testing simple, well-defined automation scripts and packages, including maintaining and modifying existing scripts and packages; preparing test data and test runs; preparing and updating documentation - Contribute to the coordination of the implementation of upgrades and enhancements to automation packages - Under guidance, Identifying and resolving simple errors in automation scripts caused by human, script or equipment failures - Assist in providing technical, procedural and record-keeping support in the compilation, maintenance and extraction of data and inventories through applying established procedures - Participate in service coverage arrangement such as stand-by duty basic services in collaboration with relevant team members and other support coverage arrangements, if and when required Learn about and assist in developing automation in one or more of the following areas: - Networking - Cloud - Database - Virtualization - Storage - Applications |

High school diploma or equivalent in ICT related disciplines. English: Expert knowledge is required Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience or equivalent knowledge Basic understanding of software development best practices Basic understanding and knowledge of Linux and MS Windows Operating Systems Basic understanding and knowledge of networking technologies Analytical and problem-solving skills |
