Descripción
The objective of this course is providing students with the knowledge and skills for understanding the importance of innovation in business strategy as well as the challenges for innovation management in the firm environment today.
The programme aims at developing the ability and competencies in students to deal with the many different aspects of innovation and implementation processes which a firm needs to consider in order to successfully manage its knowledge assets, developing an innovation based strategy and to gain competitive advantage through an effective innovation management. It will outline, as well, how globalisation has changed the innovation models and the relevance of networks and alliances in the actual business context.
In parallel the course will aim at developing creative competencies in the students by presenting, analyzing and discussing world-class innovation cases in the business context as well as creativity sessions.
