Resumen
This proposal aims to create of the leading "transfer channels between scientific research,
technological development and business innovation; institutionally strengthen research units and
centers to be in a position to achieve positions of international leadership", aiming to"facilitate
the transfer of knowledge through actions that eliminate the existing barriers between the
different actors in the public and private spheres"¿ "ín a knowledge transfer phase close to the
production processes and the market", allowing the"increase in the volume of public aid for
business innovation, in particular for SMEs".
