Abstract
To guarantee the success of one initiative within the new EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2014-2020 (HORIZON2020), it is necessary to implement all kind of best practices since the first steps of the process (defining the Proposal) to the end, when the Project is declared totally closed at the European Commission. According to this, the aim of this paper is to describe these best practices that allow a winner Proposal to become into a competitive and profitable Project for the consortium, trying to avoid possible hazards along this procedure.
