Simulation of grounding systems under transient conditions using the proper generalized decomposition
A novel method applied to the computation of electromagnetic fields. The use of separated representations based on finite sums, can help to reduce the huge computer resources and the computation costs that the functional approximation requires in multidimensional problems. Besides, this novel approach opens the way for the parametric design of ground electrodes.
