Abstract
Case study methodology can be of great importance for learning tendencies or methodologies in the business field, and in particular, maintenance or manufacturing operatives can foster a strong knowledge that increases the efficiency of its work and the improvement of the methods in the company. This work shows this methodology, can I get the active participation of the staff by introducing advantages over more traditional methods, developing skills and proactive attitudes. Information retention increases and builds relationships with meaning between the knowledge that owns the home and provides you with the process of a case study.
