Abstract
We present some of the results of the research Future Scenarios of Spanish Crafts, where we have analyzed the current complex situation in order to facilitate its strategic management and the design of concrete actions articulated through innovation. Through the definition of a number of trends and future scenarios of the industry, we define some patterns and guidelines that make up the different models and types of action, allowing design and crafts companies have a benchmark to improve structural, functional, communicative or business innovation processes.
