Abstract
The aim is to reflect on a place like Moya where the old buildings still
remaining are spaces that remind the historic events that occurred there. It is
expected to describe this place and assess their management capabilities. The case of
Villa de Moya is an example of the difficulty that has historically entailed the
treatment of this heritage in our country. On the other hand, the management and
enhancement of a space as unique as Moya, cannot be understood without
considering all the determinants around it. They are the reality of the region where it
is located and its natural, inherited and tourist resources.
The aim is to conserve through rehabilitation and in turn giving a new use assets
historically muted.
