Abstract

The perfect management is developed using the best methods in their processes. With Supply Chain and Asset Management in organizations, balance their cross-functional relationships is difficult or almost impossible. Both certifiable, spent decades being worked separately. The ISO 28000 has 5 Key Elements and ISO 55000 has 10 elements and 23 key requirements for implementation, all contained in both standards. Optimize management methodologies to enhance profits is the engine that drives organizations today, the most optimum is to unify methodologies and / or processes, resulting in management’s cost optimization and becoming increasing profits. Every day organizations are asking, how can we integrate these standards in our project management processes ?, What is the relationship between the key elements and principles of ISO 28000 and ISO 55000 ?, Or, Could be develop a methodology based on common points of both standards to optimize or improve project management?, so this study has the objective of analyzing ISO 28000 - ISO 55000, in order to establish the common points that both management systems pursue in organizations of project management in the industry.
