Abstract

With this text, it is intended to make a record, significance and valuation of assets of cultural interest present in the General Cemetery of Valencia, as an input or means to subsequently formulate conservation proposals and preservation strategies for its HERITAGE. The text consists of presenting Information, Situation and Valuation with a brief description of the property, contexts of valuation and presentation of results that account for Conservation and Preservation proposals, for these mausoleums or pantheons of historical value, not only architectural since many of them contemplate almost all the so-called Fine Arts. They stand out as a representative architecture of the late 19th century, which reflects a historical, political and social period, which translates into a high value for Culture. They are, in short, a significant manifestation of the life, customs and social reality of the inhabitants of Valencia in the last years of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th.
