02/023 - Material cristalino microporoso de naturaleza zeolítica (Zeolita ITQ-22), su método de síntesis y su uso como catalizador

La presente invención se refiere a un amterial cristalino microporoso de naturaleza zeolítica (ITQ-22) que tiene, en estado calcinado, la fórmula empírica x(M1/nXO2):(yYO2):zGeO2:(1-z)SiO2 en la que: M es H+ o al menos un catión inorgánico de carga +n X es al menos un elemento químico de estado de oxidación +3, preferentemente Al, Ga, B, Fe y Cr Y es al menos un elemento químico con estado de oxidación +4 distinto de Si y Ge, preferentemente Ti, Sn y V x tiene un valor inferior a 0.2, preferentemente inferior a 0.1 y tiene un valor menor de 0.1, preferentemente menor de 0.05 z tiene un valor inferior a 0.8, preferentemente entre 0.005 y 0.5, con un difractograma de rayos X característico, al método de preparación y a la utilización del material en procesos de separación y transformación de compuestos orgánicos.// A new microporous, crystalline, zeolitic material (I), designated -ITQ-22-, contains silicon dioxide and optionally germanium oxide, hydrogen ions, inorganic cations, trivalent elements and/or other tetravalent elements, and is characterized by its empirical formula and X-ray diffraction pattern. A new microporous, crystalline, zeolitic material (I), designated -ITQ-22-, has formula (I) (in the calcined state and in the absence of crystal lattice defects shown by the presence of silanols) and an X-ray diffraction pattern, in -as-synthesized- form, with maxima at 2 theta values of 8.02 degrees (very strong), 8.43 degrees (very strong), 9.31 degrees (medium), 10.64 degrees (very strong), 20.26 degrees (medium), 21.81 degrees (strong) and 22.53 degrees (very strong). x (M1/nXO2) : y YO2 : z GeO2 : (1-z) SiO2 (I) M = H+ or inorganic cation(s) of charge n+; X = element(s) in the +3 oxidation state, preferably Al, Ga, B, Fe or Cr; Y = element(s) in the +4 oxidation state (other than Si or Ge), preferably Ti, Sn or Cr; x = less than 0.2 (preferably less than 0.1; possibly zero); y = less than 0.1 (preferably less than 0.05; possibly zero); and z = less than 0.8 (preferably 0.005-0.5; possibly zero). (I) has an X-ray diffraction pattern, in calcined form, with maxima at 2 theta values of 6.97 degrees (medium), 8.00 degrees (very strong), 8.40 degrees (very strong), 9.28 degrees (medium), 10.62 degrees (very strong), 20.18 degrees (medium), 21.74 degrees (strong) and 22.54 degrees (very strong). An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of (I).
