Resumen

its use in patients. The project focuses on optimizing these exposures in treatments and radiodiagnosis, so that the doses received by patients are reduced as much as possible without affecting the quality and accuracy of treatment or diagnosis. For this, the project is centered on three different objectives of different medical applications that make use of ionizing radiation: 1. Dose reduction due to ionizing radiation in Radiodiagnosis (Computerized Tomography). 2. Dose reduction due to ionizing radiation in Nuclear Medicine (PET-CT). 3. Dose reduction due to ionizing radiation in Radiotherapy and Protontherapy. 4. Management of the knowledge acquired, and results obtained.
