Resumen

This research project proposal has been created based on the active collaboration among all the partners, specifically, starting the discussion formulated at the NATO SPS MYP IRIS Project grant G5924, which is ongoing and during one of the meetings Prof. Figuli and Prof Ottaviano discussed with Prof Castillo about the possibility of creating novel research activity based on previous common experiences. Prof Castillo already collaborated and still collaborates with all Co-Directors in previous research projects, the whole represents the foundation for the current research project proposal
