Se trata de una aplicación que, mediante la metáfora de un juego en el que hay que recordar una secuencia de luces y sonidos, ayuda al entrenamiento físico de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica durante las sesiones de intradiálisis. Simón es la representación del juego de mesa homónimo, cuya mecánica se basa en exponer patrones de colores que el jugador debe reproducir pulsando botones y respetando el orden exacto. La complejidad aumenta a medida que se van completando secuencias, aumentando sucesivamente la longitud de estas. Para la pulsación de los botones, el jugador manejará un cursor que responderá al movimiento de alguno de sus pies en los planos vertical y horizontal. Cuando el cursor contacte una porción suficiente de alguno de los botones de colores, este se pulsará, encendiéndose su luz y reproduciendo su sonido correspondiente. La postura óptima para jugar será tumbado supino, con los pies hacia adelante de forma que sean la parte del cuerpo más cercana a la cámara de Kinect.
